After the Fourth conversazione about Tibetan Work, the central ministries and provinces have further strengthened the aid intensity to Tibet, as to promote Tibet's economic and social. The Ministry of Education held a national education system conference on aiding Tibet. Assistant work for two years is as follows :
General condition
According to ordering [2002] 7th document spirit of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry assured the Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Tianjin University, Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine, Nanjing Pharmaceutical University and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine as my suitable aid unit. In June 2003, it set up suitable aid leadership team of TTMC. During August 3-12, 2003 the aiding Tibetan conference held in Lhasa, Tibet. In Aug-Oct, 2003, my college signed the aid agreement with the six universities and Higher Education Press. At the same the college founds relation with Higher Education Press of Ministry of Education, science and technology development centre, degree and postgraduate development centre, China Central Radio and TV University.
Aid and Aid project
(1) Professional teachers coming to Tibet to teach, staff attend in a advanced studies and training Tianjin University in 2004 appointed a teacher to teach, take inorganic chemistry and organic chemistry courses.
(2) postgraduate students and students abroad education
In 2004, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has begun to cooperate training Tibetan medicine doctoral postgraduate.
(3) Scientific Research and Industrial Development
In 2004 we associated with the Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine to declare project, one of which was approved as the municipality one.
In 2004 we began cooperation with Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine, preparing to declare 2005 National Natural Science Fund.
In 2004 we built Tibetan medical research centre of TTMC with Tianjin University , the agreement is signed and being implemented.
(4) Funds, Equipment and Library materials
--- Beijing University of Chinese Medicine donated 2.40 million for aiding Tibetan Medical Specimen Centre and museum project, the project is being implemented.
--- Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine donated 300 thousands for aiding Tibetan Medical museum project.
--- Higher Education Press donated 500 thousands for aiding Tibetan wisdom two-way closed circuit control system using teaching, now it have put into use. Higher Education Press also donated many teaching materials of public course, medicine, life sciences category, chemical category and computers, etc.
--- Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine donated 300 thousands for aiding Tibetan Medicinal factory quality control center. It has been put into place.
--- Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine donated 400 thousands for aiding Tibetan Medicinal multimedia electronic reading room, It has been put into use.
