CiRenDuoJie, Man , Tibetan, born in 1949,  Lhasa of Tibetan, graduated from secondary school . began to work in 1966. He has been working in traditional Tibetan medicine academy of Tibetan from 1989, and to be vice professor in Feb, 1998.
He assume a director of basic staff room , and hierophant of Master too.


DuoJi, Man, 48 years old. Duty:Vice director.
He was graduated from sanitation school of Lhasa city and major in Tibetan in 1978.
He has been Working in sanitation school of Lhasa city from 1978 to 1981.
He has been Working for basic study in traditional Tibetan medicine in traditional Tibetan medicine academy of Tibetan from 1981 to 1983.
he has in turn assumed many offices in traditional tibetan medicine academy of Tibetan from 1983 to 1989, such as secretaryship of the academy’s Party branch,  member of the Party and so on.
He has been Working in the department of secondary school from 1989 to 1996, and in this department he has assumed the office of office director in 1990, vice office director in 1992, director in 1994 and so on.
He has been Working in Tibetan medicine factory of  tibetan medicine academy from 1996 and he has assumed the office of factory director in producing and technique.  GaWu, Man , born in October,1962. NangQian county of QingHai. Chinese Communist. Vice professor. Now he has assumed the section chief of educational administration. He’s major is study medicinal materials about animal, plant and mineral. His primary opus is “Tibetan medicine”, which was published by Peking national publishing company. SuoLangPingCuo,  Man, Tibetan , born in 1957. Tibetan Lhasa, graduated from junior college, began to work in 1970. Constructive condition about teachers’ procession of Tibetan medicine academy.
Before present, Tibetan medicine have more than two thousand years developmental history. It is a bright phearl in medicine mine in the Chinese nation, and it is also the experiential summing-up that people who reside in altiplano for generations chronically fight for disease in especial natural circumstance.  In all ages, Tibetan medicine has made great contribution for the broad masses of the people about prophylaxis and producing offspring. At the same time, under the concern of Party and Government, the higher education of Tibetan medicine has made great progress. With special approval by the authorities of autonomous region, Tibetan medicine academy has opened on September, 1989. With special approval by the national education department, academy was individually put up and was listed as the whole country’s ordinary medicine educational list on February, 1993. With special approval by the state department’s degree committee, academy was approved that can confer Master degree on June, 1998. From 2004, associating with Peking Traditional Chinese Medicine University, academy can cultivate medicine Ph.D.  After 15 years experience of setting up a school, academy has explored a roadway that adapt to higher education’s development, basically formed quaternity situation of running a school including teaching that is center, scientific research, medical treatment, production. At present, academy’s occupation of land is 82133 square meter (123 mou), architectural area is 25333 square meter. Academy’s organization in which mainly contain academy’s office, personnel department of political work, educational administration department, department of Tibetan medicine, students' affairs division, office of general services, science and technology’s research institute of Tibetan medicine, expert clinic of Tibetan medicine, Tibetan medicine factory, totally has the 145 employee, full-time and part time teachers among them are 66 persons. Academy’s many specialty, such as regular college course of Tibetan doctor, regular college course of Tibetan medicine, Master of Tibetan physic, Ph.D, college for professional training for adult. Range of enrolling students is face to minority’s provinces, which is Tibet that is center, SiChuan, QingHai, GanSu, YunNan, NeiMeng and so on. End to June, 2005, the academy has 623 college student. 
At the beginning of new century, Tibetan medicine was looked as one of the six industry which made social progress ,achieved great recognition and care, it’s development is full of vital force, and higher educational development of Tibetan medicine is also has benign outer environment and inherent potential. First, Tibetan medicine was looked as one of the six Pillar cornerstone industry, it has policy advantage, resource advantage, feature advantage and professional talent advantage, these advantages have offered powerful guarantee for it’s development. Second, After over 10 years experience of setting up a school, academy has explored a roadway that adapt to higher education’s development of Tibetan medicine, setting pattern of setting education as a center has certain scale, which established benign foundation for academy’s further development. The academy’s Initial stages in 1989, the only 25 teachers mainly come from Tibetan university’s Tibet Doctor department and Tibetan hospital of autonomous region. From whole region’s medicine system, health bureau of autonomous region add lots of medical workers who have high theory lever and clinic experience to teachers group. Among them, only 3 teachers have junior college degree. Owing to professional specificity of Tibetan medicine, academy cannot introduce professional teachers though other university or other channel, it only can foster professional teachers by itself. Face to fact, in order to strength the teachers group, on the one hand academy constantly improve teacher’s quality and adopt the method of “foster from inside, introduce from outer, drive teacher’s construction by curricular construction “use , on the other hand academy foster teachers by adopting many methods: First, academy selected talented person from this year's graduates as its teachers, and introduce talented person from Tibet hospital of various regions to be its teachers. Second, academy fully unleash old teachers’ function, adopt the method of forced motion, make old teachers and experts impart their plenty knowledge of medicine to youth teacher. Third,  though adult education, increase school record of on-the-job teachers. Mainly aim at teachers who have technical secondary school record, academy should encourage them to participate adult college enterance exam,, make them increase their school record though the adult education. Four, foster High-level diaphysis youth teacher though the Master education. Five, academy encouraged teacher to go aboard and worked out a temporary regulation about teachers’ overseas study of Tibetan medicine academy. For youth teachers who have good compositive quality, strong professional ability, developmental potential and educable prospects, academy encouraged them to go aboard for studying. Six, academy encouraged and supported teachers who teach common curriculum to accept training and advanced studies from outside region, in order to increase their level of profession. Seven, academy propose that   academic exchange activity should be start. It organized teachers to start symposium about the teaching content and reform of teaching method by made use of every week’s activity time, made good teachers talk about teaching experience, giving the lecture and let poor teacher listen the lecture, forming atmosphere of helping and studying each other, in order to increase the lever of profession and teaching ability. Eight, earnest study and implement pedagogics, academy established wholesome managerial system, has drawn up “fundamental norms base plane about teacher’s teaching”, “ teacher’s post training system”,  “ teacher’s advanced studies system”, evaluation and employ method about teacher’s post”, “selection and training managerial method about youth good teachers” and so on, in order to standardize management of teacher’s group. the measure above-mentioned have powerfully promote group’s construction of academy’s teachers. In near 3 years, academy has early or late chose 10 youth and teaching managers to study in Traditional Chinese Medicine university of Peking, Traditional Chinese Medicine university of ShangHai, ZhongShan university, Chinese Medicine university, Traditional Chinese Medicine university of ChengDu, TianJin University and so on.  At the same time, academy has strengthened the management about teachers. Among academy’s teachers, there have 2 teacher who are studying degree of adult junior college, 7 teacher who are studying degree of Master, 4 teachers who are studying degree of Ph.D, (one teacher Among them is studying Ph.D degree at Harvard in American, one teacher is studying Ph.D degree at University of Humboldt in Germany). It has 3 academic pace-setters of autonomous region’s degree, 9 excellent teachers, 1 excellent teacher in charge of a class. One teacher has been engaged as chief expert of Tibetan qualifications test in China, two teachers has been engaged as expert of judging Chinese medicine, One teacher can enjoy especial allowance of autonomous region’s people's government. Combine teaching practice, academy has engaged 24 guest professors from autonomous region’s and various regions Tibetan hospital and 30 hierophant of Master from outer and side. At the same time, academy re engaged and chronically engaged 13 professional teachers, which enriched the teacher’s power. It is important to enhance teaching lever.
