According to document of “educational ministry’s guiding opinion of  strengthening the working of Master’s acceptance and retest” [teaching （2006）number 4], document spirit of “administrative provisions and enforcement regulation of admitting people to study Master degree college’s student bureau of educational ministry in 2006, working conciliar arrangement of nation-wide acceptance of Master, in order to have standard working procedure about my academy’s Master students’ retest and admitting who major in Tibetan medicine and increase the enrolling quality of Master, academy specially establish this method.
First, academy must retest examinee of drawing out. After qualified score, examinee can be enrolled.
Second, retest are carrying out balance retest.
According to examinee situation and score of qualifying examination, combining this year’s enrolling scope and retest cutting score, published by ministry of education, academy will confirm retest list according to balance scope above 120%. This can be seen in “enrolling examinee of Master retest list of Tibetan medicine academy in 2006”.
Third, academy carry out management model of first level about the working of retest and enrolling.
Academy has specially established leading group of enrolling and specialistic retest group. Working group that is a system of overall responsibility by group leader is in charge of retest working, establishment and implement of provision and method, examine examinee qualifications, assign a topic for an essay of retest, analyze and judge paper, put later working into effect, deal with all kinds of problems and outburst incident in the enrolling work. This can be seen in “decision on establishing Master leading group and expert group of organizing retest of Tibetan medicine academy in 2006”.
Fourth, establish method about retest and enrolling.
Academic administration and management of Master in charge of establishing retest rule and enrolling method, organize working’s concretely implement, work out essential retest request of each subject and deliver it to leading group of enrolling, which is examined and be kept on record.
Fifth, qualifications examination.
Before retest, the working of qualifications examination of examinee must finish. Examination group should seriously examine examinee undermentioned materials. And fill corresponding content in examinee “examine form of politics and thought” and fiduciary note of retest situation.
1, examinee of universal examination: ① advice note of retest; ② check list of political thought; ③ preliminary admission card for entrance examination of; ④ original production of identity card; ⑤ original production of diploma; ⑥ original production of degree diploma (graduates in this year's must deliver student ID prove of competent department of academy, deliver original production of diploma when enter a school); ⑦ degree diploma of foreign language and computer; ⑧ school report card that is in the course of studying ( must affix a seal of educational administration to it ), manifestation of issuing thesis and so on.
2, examinee of equal education: Apart from above-mentioned materials, he must submit additional materials: ① two original productions of thesis which is issued by identity of first author; ② over 2 years’ basic outstanding achievement of undertaking this professional working  ( must affix a seal of company’s personnel office to it ).
Sixth, basic content, form, procedures, concrete request of retest.
According to concrete situation of academy, specially establish following method, content, time, place of retest and so on.
1, retest content and form, including following three parts:
(1) Synthesized test of specialty. closed-book exam of written, full mark is 100 score, limited time of examination is 2 hours.
(2) Synthesized test of Policy. closed-book exam of written, full mark is 100 score, limited time of examination is 2 hours.
(3) Examinee synthesized interviewing of quality. Analyze and anwser after cramp out test questions, full mark is 50 score, limited time is no less than 15 minutes.
 Total score of retest is 250, the score of professional written examination account for 40% of total score, the score over 60 is regarded as passing a test (contain 60 score ); the score of policy written account for 40% of total score, the score over 60 is regarded as passing a test; synthesized interviewing account for 20% of total score, the score over 30 is regarded as passing a test. You are not accepted if you can not  pass a retest.
Examinee of equal education should participate 2 colleges arterial curriculum of their examination specialty. The name of Additional Test Subject should not as same as the name of preliminary Test Subject and retest subject. Concrete content can be referring to enrolling specialty and researching direction of current year, for details see “ additional test subject list of Examinee of equal education and retest of Tibetan Medicine specialty in Tibetan Medicine academy ”. Test form is closed-book exam of written, full mark is 100 score, limited time of each examination subject is 2 hour, the score over 60 is regarded as passing a test (contain 60 score). The score of retest is not directly reckoned in total score of retest, however, it is the important reference foundation. You are not accepted if you can’t pass a retest.
2, procedures of retest and concrete request.
According to concrete situation of academy, specially establish following method, content, time, place of retest and so on.
(1) for details of procedures of retest, you can see “retest procedures and rule of admitting Master’s students in Tibetan Medicine academy ”.
(2) Concrete request: retest content are decided and implemented by retest expert group of academy, who can referring to enrolling specialty and researching direction of current year. Examinee must participate synthetical interviewing, interviewing content are withdraw from a number of professional item pool. In the manner of withdrawing test questions and allegation, academy can inspect examinee ability of understanding, research and use. Expert retest group over 3 persons mark for each examinee on the spot, after average experts will announce interviewing score. In the course of interviewing, appointed secretary must seriously fill form of “ Master’s interviewing record, as the material that can be examined someday in the future.
Seventh, retest inform.
Academy will give retest inform to examinee in time, so long as has confirm the retest list. At the same time academy deliver retest list, method, procedures, arrangement by the way of network and pasting. For the examinee who live in distant place, academy must inform examinee of relational arrangements and request by telephone.
Eighth, retest weighing, counting and compositor of accepted score.
Retest weighing is referring to that the proportion of examinee retest record devise examinee total record. Our academy retest including Professional synthesized written examination, synthesized written examination of policy and synthesized interviewing. full mark is 250 score, retest weighing is 40%. Computing formula of Accepted total mark is: Accepted total mark = total mark of Previous Examination ×60%+ retest score ×40%.
According to ordering of accepted total score ( additional test score of equivalent education), Academy will strictly confirm the list of ready accepted examinee.
Ninth, acceptance.
Examinee who participate uniform examination of nation can be accepted as Master of orientation of national internal plan, no orientation, consignation training and self-financing.
After confirm the list, which is examined by academy enrolling leading group, test institution of department of education of autonomous region, enrolling committee of autonomous region, educational department of nation, the list of ready accepted examinee will be sent out in middle June.
Tenth, temper acceptance.
Due to the limit of specialty, our academy will not accept temper examinee.
Eleventh, physical examination.
The work of physical examination is started in hospital appointed by academy, which is above provincial level. Concrete time and processed method can make a reference to “retest inform of Master enrolling”.
Twelfth, strengthen management and make discipline solemnity.
1, enrolling work must persist the principle of guaranteeing quality, all-around weigh in the aspect of moral, intelligence and physique. Academy must persist natural formalities of examination and approval, choose talent with the principle of public, fair, just and preferential.
2, Academy must uncompromisingly boycott unhealthy tendency of practice favouritism and commit irregularities. Examinee can in contact with the above-mentioned devision, the test institution of department of education of autonomous region, enrolling committee of autonomous region and so on, if they have interrogative or dissent about retest method, procedures and score.
